You may opt out of recording by ending the call or contacting us as outlined in Section 11. We respect the National Do Not Call Registry and comply with the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), only initiating calls with your prior express consent.

We process your information only with your consent, to fulfill our services, or as permitted by U.S. law. For telemarketing, we obtain your prior express written consent as required by the TCPA, as noted in our form submission process.

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

We conduct assessments to ensure data sharing complies with applicable laws. We share your information in these situations:

Lead Sales:We sell your personal information (e.g., name, phone number, MVA claim details) to partner law firms as pay-per-call leads to connect you with legal services. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize your data, or securely store it in archives until deletion is possible.

We comply with Federal Trade Commission guidelines to maintain robust security practices. In case of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable state laws.
